Forever 21 is one of the really cool budget stores in my opinion. Besides Topshop, Miss Selfridge, Lindex and others (perhaps Zara and H&M fit in too?). We only have Topshop in our country unfortunately. We used to have Miss Selfridge too but they closed it to make Topshop expand. They are opening a new shopping center in the center of Ljubljana in September. The building it is going to be in used to be some sort of ˝Slovenian Harrods˝ in the 19`s. Looking very much farward to see what stores and brands they will put in. :)
